fso-deviced-dbg software package provides freesmartphone.org device daemon (debug symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fso-deviced-dbg
fso-deviced-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fso-deviced-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fso-deviced-dbg *
You will get with fso-deviced-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
